Whether you're completely new to yoga or have practised before, classes will be suitable for a range of experience levels and adapted for pregnancy.

Supporting You Through Pregnancy and Beyond
Pregnancy yoga is the next step in Your Birth Friend's mission to support families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Many families first meet me through Chester Sling Library and babywearing support. Pregnancy yoga will allow me to support parents even earlier in their journey, providing a calm and welcoming space to prepare for birth, connect with others and take time for themselves during pregnancy.
